This page lists the location and contact information for Delaware's 38 Social Service Centers, where eligibility for Delaware's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program, General Assistance, Food Stamps, Child Care and Medicaid programs are determined. The Long Term Care centers determine eligibility for the Long Term Care Medicaid programs including: Nursing Facility, Chronic Renal Disease, Qualified Medicare Beneficiary and four Home and Community Based Waiver programs (Mental Retardation/Developmental Disability, Elderly & Disabled, AIDS/HIV, Assisted Living).
