Lincoln Art Exchange is an artist-specific healthcare program at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx. They offer a unique option for eligible NYC-based artists who do not have health insurance to exchange their creative services for comprehensive healthcare.
The Artist Access program at Brooklyn's Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center allows artists, through performances or interactive programs for patients, to exchange their art for health care credits, which are accrued in the artist’s personal account. Each hour of work is worth 40 credits, and credits can be used in lieu of dollars to cover sliding scale fees in Woodhull’s HHC Options program.
On October 20-23 at the Los Angeles Sports Arena, CareNow LA will be offering free medical, dental, and vision care.

The Georgia Free Clinic Network is the statewide association of 104 free and charitable medical and dental clinics, which serve many of Georgia’s more than 1.7 million uninsured. They are staffed primarily by volunteers. Clinics are searchable by zip code, and contact info is provided.
BigAppleRx is a money-Saving prescription discount card program designed for New Yorkers and those visiting NYC. With the BigAppleRx card, it is possible to save an average of 15% on brand name and 53% on generic medications. This is not insurance; it is a prescription discount program. When the card is presented at a participating pharmacy, a discount is taken off the regular retail price of the prescription.
