EPIC is a New York State program that helps seniors pay for their prescription drugs. Most enrollees have Medicare Part D or other drug coverage, and use EPIC to lower their drug costs by helping them pay the deductibles and co-payments required by their other drug plan. EPIC also helps members pay for Medicare Part D premiums.
Goddard Riverside offers free, confidential, one-on-one services for individuals and families to Harlem residents. Counselors help individuals and families access programs and services for which they qualify, including public assistance, food stamps and health care programs.

The Alzheimer's Association provides patient and family support to those affected by the disease, educates the public, families and professionals who care for or interact with people who have Alzheimer's disease, advocates for improved public policy and needed legislation, supports research into the cause, prevention, treatment and cure for the disease. The 24 hour HELPLINE provides trained volunteers that are available for support, information and reassurance to caregivers.
This report card, which is updated monthly, is intended help consumers choose a nursing home. It includes only those nursing homes that participate in the Medicare or Medicaid program and displays survey results to measure and compare nursing home compliance with 50 specific federal quality standards in the areas of nursing care, resident rights, food service, environment and administration. These criteria represent key indicators of quality of life and quality of care within nursing homes.
The Wisconsin Parkinson Association (WPA) is a regional nonprofit organization dedicated to serving as a resource for individuals and families who are affected by Parkinson's Disease. The WPA develops and maintains local support and educational programs throughout the midwest. They also offer up-to-date information on treatment options, association activities, legislative efforts and more. The association also serves as a referral center helping to link individuals to available resources and programs.
The AFCSP offers support and services for the financially eligible families and caretakers of those with irreversible dementia. Services include in-home help, respite care, adult day care and transportation, while goods provided have included nutritional supplements, security systems, specialized clothing, home delivered meals, hobby equipment and chair lifts.
