The mission of the Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs (ADAP) is to reduce and eliminate substance abuse problems through effective education, prevention, and treatment services. This site lists all services offered by ADAp, as well as all treatment facilities provides state-wide.

The Neighborhood Health Services Corporation offers a variety of healthcare programs including adult and adolescent medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, family planning, dentistry, social services (including Mental Health screening and referral and referrals for substance abuse counseling and treatment services), and after-hours care. Patients who do not have insurance are eligible for services through NHSC's Access to Healthcare program.
Any pregnant or parenting woman who is abusing alcohol or drugs is eligible for the Specialized Women's Services (SWS) and Special Connections Programs. Staff provides individual and group counseling, education, and case management services.
